Daryl Eugene Bass

Daryl Eugene Bass, 54 of Fremont, NC formerly of Black Creek, NC passed away April 8, 2021 at Fremont Rest Center in Fremont, NC. Daryl was born in Wilson, NC July 16, 1966, son of the late Eugene and Judy Taylor Bass. Daryl was an obnoxious Carolina fan. He also enjoyed fishing and Nascar. He was employed with Mello Buttercup and Maola Dairy. Survivors include his daughter, Mollie Shaw and husband Josh of Halifax, NC; son, Alexander Bass of Wilson, NC; daughter, Lillie Bass of Halifax, NC; mother, Judy Bass of Wilson, NC; sister Kathy Pittman and husband, Glenn of Wilson, NC and his granddaughter, Lorelai Shaw of Halifax, NC. A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, April 18, 2021 at 3 p.m. at Daniels Chapel FWB Church, 4828 Frank Price Church Road, with the Rev. David Varnell officiating.
