Dennis Steven Lamm

Dennis Steven Lamm, 52, of Wilson, NC passed away February 25, 2021 at Wilson Medical Center. Dennis was born September 19, 1968 in Wilson, NC son of the late Dennis Odell Lamm and Linda H. Hudson of Wilson, NC. Dennis loved to listen to music and talk politics. Mr. Lamm enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and he especially enjoyed talking to his friend Johnny Didly. Dennis lived in Asheville, NC for many years and enjoyed hiking in the North Carolina mountains. He was a US Navy veteran serving aboard nuclear submarines. Surviving in addition to his mother are his wife, Lori Boyette Lamm of the home; sons, Brandon and Alex Daniels both of Wilson, NC; daughters, Xena Lamm-Sweet of Orlando, Fl, Jordan Parsons-Roundtree of Wilson, NC and Aeriela Cone of Scotland Neck, NC; brother, Michael Lamm of Elm City, NC; sisters, Sheron Averette of Wilson, NC and Michelle Johnson of Elm City, NC and many nieces and nephews. Also surviving Dennis is his special friend his cat, Wild thing. A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, March 20, 2021 at Three o'clock in the afternoon at Wave Church with the Pastor Mark Woolard officiating and Military Honors provided by the US Navy. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
