Louann Carla Simoncini

Louann Carla Simoncini, age 79 of Georgetown SC. Passed away unexpectedly on Friday December 16, 2022.

Louann was born on January 14, 1943, in New Haven CT. Louann was predeceased by her parents Louise Lafo and Andrew Lindh her sister Shirley, her brothers Andrew and Herbert, her loving husband Vincent and their beautiful Daughter Theresa.

Louann is survived by her daughters Louise, Susan and her husband Eric, Carla Jean and her three beautiful grandchildren whom she adored Andrew, Aaron and Morgan. Louann is also survived by her loving brothers Dorrance, William and Carl and many nieces and nephews who she loved dearly.

Louann had a career in manufacturing and quality assurance for many years. Louann and Vincent raised their family in Milford CT. until 2006 when they happily retired to South Carolina. She spent her time enjoying life with her family, looking forward to visits from her kids and grandkids where we would spend time fishing and crabbing, playing cards or other games and sitting on the porch talking. She especially enjoyed the funny videos and photos the kids would make with her. Her passions included sewing and making jewelry. She was extremely talented and she enjoyed working on projects for her family.

Louann was loved by everyone who knew her. We are all heartbroken by this tremendous loss but take comfort in knowing she is with her husband and daughter holding each other tight.  

Family and Friends are invited to attend a Prayer Service on January 7, 2023, at 11:00 AM at Saint  Ann Church at 501 Naugatuck Avenue Milford CT.
